Episode 360: Happiness with Dr. Robyn Alley-Hay

I love having my doctor friends on the show more than once. Here for another amazing conversation is Dr. Robyn Alley-Hay and we are getting raw and real, as usual! Dr. Robyn is an amazing friend and mentor and she joins me to chat about finding our happiness and security.

Dr. Robyn has spent much of her time volunteering and providing her services to countries across the world. Many times those areas are not as developed as here in the states. In fact, they’re often extremely remote and don’t have amazing living conditions.

I mean, imagine having to stay inside for months at a time because of sub-zero temperatures. I don’t think I would be able to do that.

The amazing thing is how happy they are. They are so content with their lives and are happy to be here enjoying this Earth and seeing life as the blessing it is. It makes you realize how much we take our lives for granted.

Listen in to be inspired and encouraged in your own life and practice.

Happiness has to be a practice.
