Episode 289: Summer Showcase Solo - Being Certain in Uncertainty

Are you ready for my Summer Solocast Series? I am doing some quick solocasts to get you juiced up, infused with encouragement and inspiration. I want you to go about your summer loving your life and making things better.

One way to truly fall in love with your life is to hold onto those things that are certain. There is so much in the world that we cannot control. There is so much that we don’t know. There is so much that is beyond our grasp or ken.

But there is also so much that we can stand firm on.

I want you to make a list of things that you are certain of. What makes you, you? Hold onto that list and remember it as your world gets tossed around through life and doctoring.

My name is Errin Wiesman, I’m a mother, I’m a wife, I’m a friend, I’m a daughter. I am going to be ok, at this moment I am ok.
— Dr. Errin Weisman
